MAC address is combination of Hexadecimal values:

Just follow the below pictorial directions and you will be through:

1. Go to Control Panel.

2. View network status and Tasks.

3. Change adapter settings.

4. Right Click on Ethernet -> Properties 

5. Configure 

6.          Advanced Tab 

             Network Address 

             Tick on value and enter the Value.
